Fairfields Fireworks Night

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are pleased to let you know about the return of our annual Fireworks Night, which is being organised again this year by Friends of Fairfields – the school’s PTA.

The event will be held on Tuesday 5th November and tickets will be available to purchase via MCAS from Monday 14^th October to Monday 21^st October. The cost of tickets is £3.50 per person – adult or child. Please note that a ticket is required for any age, including babies/small children in prams or pushchairs.

Entrance to the fireworks display will be from the side gate adjacent to the car park and gates will open at 6pm.

The fireworks display will commence at 7pm and gates will close at 7.30pm.

This year we are welcoming back some of our popular food vendors!

• Good Times Cafe
• The Rub BBQ
• Wilsons Street Food
• Giuseppe’s Pizzeria

The food vans will be located at the front of the school and will open from 5pm.

Friends of Fairfields will also have several stalls available during the evening:

• Hot drinks – tea, coffee and hot chocolate
• Mulled wine and Bailey’s hot chocolate
• Soft drinks
• Glow in the dark toys
• Sweet cones

The PTA stalls will accept both cash and card payments.

We also have DJ Steady joining us to provide music in the playground before the fireworks start!

Please note: No parking will be available in the school car park.

Entrance to the event is by ticket only and anyone without a ticket will be refused entry as for health

and safety reasons numbers are limited.

All children will need to be accompanied by an adult. Please do not attempt to bring your own

fireworks or sparklers – you will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the event.
