At Fairfields Primary School we are delighted to be able to offer children a wide, varied and nutritious menu, which will change on a termly basis to ensure that we continue to offer a variety of choices.
Each day the children will have a choice of a main meal, including a vegetarian option, a meat or vegetarian sandwich lunch, or a jacket potato.
We are committed to encouraging and helping children to make healthy choices and, therefore, we also offer salad and fresh fruit.
If you wish to order School Meals for your child or if your child is entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals (all KS1 children), please use our online payment system ParentPay to pay for and pre-book their dinner orders. **
When your child starts at Fairfields Primary School, you will be sent a ParentPay letter along with a unique activation username and password. Once you have activated your account, you can make online payments straight away and view an electronic record of your payments and previous orders.
If you have two or more children at a ParentPay school, you will only need one ParentPay account. You can then add more children to this account via the Add a child tab located on the homepage.
All meals need to be pre-ordered and paid for, if applicable, by the Wednesday of the previous week you are ordering for. The system will not allow you to book outside of these parameters because we use an outsourced caterer and cannot accommodate late orders. If you have not had a chance to place an order in time, your child must bring a packed lunch into school with them.
The cost per meal is £2.50 per day.
