To register for a place for your child, please complete and submit our registration form below.

Your child will need to be 3 years of age when starting at Fairfields Nursery.

Please note, on completion of this form, your request will be reviewed and added to the application list. This list will be reviewed, ranked and places offered accordingly in advance of each Term.

Offers are made as follows:

September Start - Offers end of February

January Start - Offers end of May

April Start - Offers end of  October

Fairfields Nursery will accept applications for any child, aged three or older.

NB*Free early education funding starts the term after the child turns 3

If there are more applications to the Nursery than places available, then you will be added to the waiting list whereby the oversubscription criteria will be applied. In this instance you will only be contacted should a place become available within the academic year.
