Year 1 ‘a day as an archaeologist’

To introduce our new topic, ‘Did dinosaurs really exist?’, Year 1 will be hosting ‘a day as an archaeologist’ on Wednesday 17th April. So that we look the part for our exciting day, we would like the children to come dressed to school as an archaeologist! This costume can be put together at home using neutral coloured trousers, a shirt, a waistcoat or a jacket and a hat. Please ensure all clothes and accessories are labelled.

We cannot wait to dig for bones, dust for fossils and learn all about the prehistoric time period!
