Year 1 Victorian day

After the October break, Year 1 will be learning all about the Victorians as part of our topic titled ‘Which Queen is supreme? To celebrate this topic, we are very excited to hold a Victorian themed day at school on Wednesday 12th November. On the day, the children will explore artefacts from Victorian schools, homes and toys from the past. We will also be making some bread, linking to our design technology work, to enjoy on the day. We will ensure all allergies and dietary requirements are carefully checked before any baking or eating takes place.
For the themed day, we ask that your child comes to school dressed as a person from Victorian times.
