Year 4 – Vikings Day

We are delighted to announce that Year 4 will be celebrating a special Viking Day on Friday 17 April 2026.
Throughout the day, pupils will take part in a range of engaging, hands‑on activities designed to enrich their learning, including:
- Crafting Viking brooches
- Designing their own Norse gods
- Creating folklore maps
- Making rune bracelets
- Taking part in collaborative storytelling
To help make the day even more memorable, children are very welcome to come to school dressed in Viking‑themed costumes, should they wish.
We are greatly looking forward to an immersive and enjoyable day of learning for all Year 4 pupils.
