STEM Festival

At Fairfield Primary, we are passionate about immersing our children in the STEM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths). On Friday 8th October, all of the children in Key Stage 2 attended MK Innovate’s STEM Festival to engage in activities and workshops held by local businesses and universities in the local area. They interacted with gadgets, robots and even Formula 1 cars and were inspired to see how STEM subjects can be applied to real life situation as well as their future careers. They even had the opportunity to meet the Mayor of MK and the local MP and impressed them with their incredible knowledge!
