Year 2 Trip to Natural History Museum Tring – 13th January 2026

On Tuesday, Year 2 had a fantastic time on their trip to Tring Museum!🐺🐍🐬 They explored six different galleries featuring animals from the desert, ocean, rainforest, woodlands and the Arctic. The children loved investigating and touching real specimens from penguin wings and whale ribs to a polar bear skull and a narwhal tooth.

Throughout the day, they sketched our favourite animals, identified different habitats and learnt lots of interesting facts about bugs- They even got to dress up as an animal! 🐛🐘

Thank you to all the parents and IFTL trust helpers on our trip, we really had a great time with you!
